Amiable people are working there. It has particularly good and fantastic location, not far from all the local amenities and restaurants and the main attractions and fun of Skegness. Also, Tower Gardens is only 1 km from here.

The place was clean, I booked the king room with street views, everything was wonderful. The staff was exceptional, some of them especially. The location was marvellous and brilliant there, right on seafront. Lovely food, liked it. I had fairly nice days staying at this low cost hotel.

Everything is excellent, loved my time here. The units are bright, lovely for the bigger bedroom. The location of the hotel in Skegness is particularly good and incredible, short walk to town centre and shops and the beach. Also, Skegness Clock Tower is near by. Thank you for a real good stay.

All in all, it was superb base for travelling to Skegness. The beds were comfortable. When I arrived the owner was frendly. Near to the downtown, 15 minutes on foot. I appreciated my 2 nights stay.
